Yes. You can subscribe to our mailing list through our website or while in-store. Our newsletter is emailed out every other week and alerts customers of any new arrivals, sales or events.
How often do you get new stock in?
We receive new shipment in every 2 weeks to keep our stock fresh and up-to-date with current trends. All new arrivals are announced on our social media and available on our website.
Which designers do you work with?
We work with international as well as locally-based designers and brands. Currently we stock a range of designers from LA, New York and Hong Kong.
What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only.
Store Credits are valid for 3 months. All Sale items are final.
Do you offer private shopping parties or styling sessions?
Yes. Whether it’s a hen do, birthday or simply a girls night in we can provide the ultimate shopping experience for you and up to 15 friends. Browse and try on merchandise in the comforts of a private setting with bubbly, nibbles, express manis, special discounts, and more. You can even hire a personal stylist and have a styling session tailored to you and your guests!
Do you offer a loyalty program?
Yes. At Polkadot we have a VIP Program for our loyal customers. To qualify as a VIP you need to spend $4000 in a single purchase either in-store or online. The VIP Program is based on a point system where every time you spend, you will receive points that translate into discounts. Special birthday vouchers, pre-shops, secret sales and styling sessions are just a few of the great benefits of being a VIP.
